These terms govern the Monetize with Maryam websites, free resources, Creator Blueprint, and Monetize HQ. By using a service, you agree to the terms that apply to it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 to purchase, subscribe, enter contracts, or use business-management features. You are responsible for accurate information, account security, and all activity under your account.
Educational purpose and no earnings promise
Resources, templates, app features, and training are educational tools—not legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or investment advice. Results depend on your work, experience, audience, market conditions, platforms, brands, and other factors. We do not guarantee income, deals, views, acceptance, or business results.
Your content and our limited license
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, nonexclusive license to host, copy, process, display, and transmit it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the services. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit.
Our materials
Our branding, course materials, PDFs, templates, site content, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Unless a product expressly says otherwise, purchases and downloads grant one individual a limited, revocable, nontransferable license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer, or remove ownership notices.
AI features
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. Review every output before use. You are responsible for factual accuracy, platform compliance, disclosures, intellectual-property clearance, and professional review where appropriate.
Acceptable use and third parties
Do not use the services unlawfully; infringe rights; upload malware; attempt unauthorized access; misrepresent endorsements; generate deceptive reviews; or interfere with the service. Third-party platforms and links have their own terms, availability, and practices.
Payments, renewal, and cancellation
The Creator Blueprint is a one-time purchase or a two-payment plan as selected at checkout. It includes three months of Monetize HQ Business. After the included period, Monetize HQ automatically renews for $49 per month until canceled. The exact first charge date, renewal frequency, and cancellation method will be displayed before purchase and in a retainable confirmation. Separate affirmative consent is required for recurring billing. Cancel before a renewal date to prevent the next charge.
Unused AI credits remain available until the end of the current paid billing period and then expire without cash value, refund, or transfer. Services may change, experience interruptions, or discontinue features. To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and contact
We may suspend access for material violations, fraud, security threats, or nonpayment, with notice when reasonably possible. Contact legal@monetizewithmaryam.com for legal questions or copyright concerns. Governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, and complete entity information will be finalized before paid enrollment.
