Refund and Cancellation Policy

Creator Income Blueprint

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase only if you have not downloaded course materials, accessed more than 20% of the course, or used the included Monetize HQ access. We may verify download, course-progress, and app-usage records when evaluating eligibility. This limitation does not apply when a refund is required by law or when the product is materially defective, misrepresented, or not delivered and we cannot reasonably correct the problem.

Payment plans

A payment plan divides the purchase price; it is not a monthly membership. If offered, the checkout will display the amount due today, every later charge and date, the total price, and consequences of a failed or missed payment.

Monetize HQ

The Blueprint includes three months of Monetize HQ Business. After that included period, the subscription renews automatically at $49 per month using the saved payment method until canceled. The first renewal date will be displayed before purchase and confirmed by email. You must separately accept the automatic-renewal terms. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund earlier charges unless required by law.

Unused AI credits remain available through the end of the current paid billing period and then expire without cash value or refund. Credits are not transferable.

Technical problems and contact

If a purchased digital product is inaccessible or materially defective, contact billing@monetizewithmaryam.com with your account email, purchase date, and a description of the problem so we can investigate. This policy does not limit nonwaivable consumer rights.
